Our voucher forms don’t currently allow HEIF or HEVC files to be uploaded. This is the new default for photos on iOS devices. In order to attach a receipt from an iphone photo, you’ll need to do one of the following:
CONVERT AN HEIF TO JPEG (shortcut)
To convert an HEIF image from your phone to jpeg, download and install this automator function. (Once downloaded, unzip, click on new file, click install).
Once it’s installed, from now on you can:
1) Right click on an HEIF file > quick Actions > convert to Jpeg.
2) That was it. You’re done.
CHANGE DEFAULT FOR IPHONE TO JPEG
To change the default camera photo format on iOS, go to Settings > Camera App > Formats > and choose “Most Compatible”
