Creative Arts Project Request Guidelines

What is this

We break down appropriate times to make request for projects from Creative Arts.

5 weeks for original design projects
2 week for reprint
2 week for digital update
(two lines of text need changed, one or two dates, or one photo, etc) (digital update means no printing is needed)

Requests should be submitted with artwork attached
If artwork needs to be created for Web Requests, please build in lead time Design Requests above)
While more time is appreciated, website “tweaks” such as updating a link or making a text edit can be turned in with 24 hour’s notice if the deadline falls during regular Lewis Center Campus business hours (M – Tr 9am – 5pm)
If the request involves layout changes, the requestor needs to have already secured team consensus for the changes and be able to clearly communicate the strategy and flow in the design request. If no artwork is involved, these requests require 3 weeks.

If artwork needs to be created for Social Media Requests, please build in lead time (see Design Requests)
While more time is appreciated, social media requests can be turned in with 24 hour’s notice if the deadline falls during regular Lewis Center Campus business hours (M – Tr 9am – 5pm)
