Short answer: You don’t (video file size is too big for email).
What we do when we want to “embed” a video in an email is insert a screenshot (Cmd+Shift+4) or thumbnail image for the video in the email, and link (Cmd+K) that screenshot to the webpage where the video is.

This type of booklet is called saddle stitch and is made of larger sheets stapled together, therefore it requires a page count of 4, please consider this when organizing content.
